How deep to plant Glosso.

http://vectrapoint.com/main/manual/bms4.html says to "Plant Glossostigma
deeply until the whole stem is buried in the gravel." Does this mean that
only the little teardrop shaped leaf should be above the gravel? The pad of
Glosso. I bought a few days ago is still sitting on the bottom of my tank
and I should probably plant it ASAP. I just want to make sure I do it right.
