Do you have any way of controlling the rate of diffusion into the water? If
not, I would maybe try a combination of the 2L bottle and a 1L or smaller
bottle as a test. Keep a close eye on the fish, especially first thing in
the morning. Maybe test one or two fish to avoid possibly loosing them all.
