Diy Co2 and 10 gallon tank

All,

I have heavily planted 10 gallon tank that has 26 watts of pc light over it. 
Previously I used DIY Co2 w/two 2 litre bottles. I have since added 8 
Normani Lampeyes as the sole inhabitants. I cut to Co2 down to one 2 litre 
bottle. Do you think my fish would be in danger if I added the second bottle 
again. I really liked how fast my plants grew with the two bottles. Of 
course, I was trimming every two weeks, but whats a little work.
