Copy the section of the digest you are replying to into the body of a new 
message with "paste as quotation" or whatever your particular mail reader 
uses to make the text a quote block. Then type your response under it. Put 
a "Re: [thread]" into the subject where [thread] is the subject from the 
message you are replying to. If the subjects are all consistent throughout 
a thread the web-based reader's thread tracking works properly which is 
nice. Send your message off to aquatic-plants at actwin_com and you're done.
