When my anubias develop too much algae on their leaves, I dip them in a 5% plain (unscented) Clorox solution for 3 minutes and then rinse them well in cold water. This works well and the plants seem to grow faster for a while after this treatment. Another way to control algae on these slow growing plants is to position them so that they are shaded by a larger plant. Bill
