They're Planarians.  They're kind of ugly but harmless (non-parasitic), and 
excessive populations in an aquarium are often caused by 
overfeeding.  Unfortunately, I don't have any links handy, but you should 
be able to find a ton of info by using Google or another search engine.  If 
you want to culture some outside the aquarium for fun, they go nuts for egg 
yolk.
