ICK, Plants

All,

I have a 40 gallon Amazon tank with ICK, for some reason the BLUE RAMS are
not improving.  Any ideas on how I can cure the ICK without destroying the
plants in the tank?  It is planted with mostly Amazon Swords, but a do have
a few crypts, 2 suffering anubias, a mat of wisteria and a java fern.
