Just because you have them doesn't mean you have to run them all the time.
Each ballast can be on its own timer. You might try running the extra set of
lamps on a short (say 2 hours) noontime cycle. Then, as all the lamps age,
extend that noontime so that the total number of lumens per day is
maintained.
