Is this an acceptable regulator for DIY Pressurized CO2 Systems?

Hi Everyone,

I'm putting together a CO2 system and I'm looking for a regulator that can
get the job done at a good price.  There's a bunch listed on Ebay and the
following URL is a link to someone's ebay store.  He doesn't post the part
number or manufacturer which concerns me a bit, but if someone here has
experience with this one please confirm that it's either good or bad.
