FW: formica as a canopy inner lining

A aquarist was advising me on some success he had had with canopy building.
He said the best medium he had used for lining the inside of new canopy he
built was white Formica glued with standard tank glue.  Resisted water,
reflected light, no maintenance.  Has anyone used this type of liner for a
canopy? Thanks much. Blair
