If you have WORD or any equivalent word processor, or even if you don't, you
can make fake business cards that will get you past the 'business only'
roadblock at Graingers. Just be sure to pay all applicable sales taxes on
the transaction so nobody comes looking for you later. Make the business
card(s), print them out, then go to a copy shop and have them copied onto
card stock. (A scented pink truffle pattern stationary works great to make
you look manly.) Cut them to size and proudly present them at the counter
when asked.
