Kyle,

       The only screw in CFs I have ever had success with are Phillips 
"Daylight." I beleive it claims to be 40w , about $15 a bulb. I grow Mayaca 
and H. micranthemoides with 4 of these (+ a twin tube shop light) over a 75 
g.
