Kasselman book?

September is coming to an end. Has there been any word
about the Kasselman book that's supposed to be released in
October (Oct 1,  according to Amazon). And who would
be providing the best discounts for the book? Any tips
would be appreciated.

BTW, to all the people who responded to my pleas for help
in lazy harvesting of vinegar eels -- THANKS!!!  This
mailing list is the greatest! (Who on earth would sue such
a nice helpful bunch of people? If you get the correct answer,
your prize is the privilege of sending a donation to the
defense fund!  ;-)
