Have you checked that your KH hasn't changed? I recently discoved that our 
city water comes frm two different places, depending on the amount of water 
available in each reservoir. The two sources have different profiles - one 
has almost no GH/KH at all, the other is around 3.5 dH in each. I don't know 
if the characteristics of well water change over time.
