Needle Valves

I have the needle valve that Dr. Foster & Smith sell
(http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?siteid=6&pCatId=4598),
but it's not very good frankly. First, the hose barb is a tad small so
that if I turn my CO2 pressure above 5 psi it blows off the tube. I lost
a whole tank of CO2 while I wasn't home one day because of this. Second,
the control is nowhere near fine. The different between 1 bubble every
two seconds, and 2 bubbles per second is less than ~10° of turn. It is
impossible to precisely adjust CO2 with this thing. Is there a better
needle valve out there for a good price?
