Water lily fertilizer

This is a bit off topic, but I have a few ponds with hardy water lilies. I bought some Perry Slocum fertilizer today and was wondering if anyone knows the recipe for it? I know there is blood and bone meal, but am unsure of the rest.
If anyone has any other mixes that work well, I would appreciate them also.
