just to add to the whole "Luo Han" thingy, this particular fish is a cross
between Amphilophus citrinellus (Red Devil), "Cichlasoma" trimaculatum
(3-spot Cichlid) and another species which i'm not sure of. before this
craze started in my home country of Singapore, i bought a specimen for just
a dollar. At that time, to my disbelief, the guy at the aquarium shop told
me it was a tilapia! haha, so much for a "new" fish. by the way, i think the
Jaguar Guapote ("Cichlasoma" managuense) is a more beautiful fish than this
hybrid
