Flourite yields 28 cubic inches per pound.  Multiply the width of your
tank in inches by its length in inches then multiply by how many inches
of substrate you want (average depth).  That's how many pounds you
need.  The bags are 15.4 pounds each and need lots of rinsing -- when
you are finished rinsing -- rinse again.  The dust that still get in
yhour tank will settle quickly.
