That plant looks like an Althernanthera species my guess would be
Althernanthera reineckii A not to good picture can be found here:
http://www.tropica.com/productcard_1.asp?id=023B When you buy this plant in
Holland, it looks really like this photo. With a lot of light and iron it
will make a beautiful plant.
