I don't know about you all, but I'm a little more concerned about my health
than my plant tank.  You can argue all you want, but if I kick the bucket
because of bad solder, who is going to feed my fish and change my water?  If
I go, we both go.

If it's fine for human consumption, your fish should be safe.
