Arthur is wondering about the "Quick Disconnects" for the Eheim 2260. If you
can get them cheap Arthur, pick them up - I bought the filter unit at half
price and then paid almost as much again to get a bunch of eheim fittings.
I've had the unit for 7 or 8 years now and except for one minor leak
(curable with a new rubber gasket) they have worked like a charm. IMO, that
unit is too big to operate without such disconnects - its a mother to lug
around empty, let alone full of water.
