Regulating faucet temperature

There is a special faucet, developed for folks in photographic labs, that 
will give a constant water temperature, automatically.  It was originally 
used for color processing, especially at home or in small labs.  It will keep 
the temperature of the water coming out of the faucet within a half a degree 
fahrenheit.

I have not looked for one for quite a while, but any Photo Equipment Supply 
House should carry them.  They were not cheap, but neither are good plants!
