Travis asked about using a glass atomizer with yeast generated CO2. If you
are referring to the devices which use a porus ceramic disk (as sold by
Eheim and ADA), no, they require more pressure to operate than a yeast
culture can generate. Your best results would be feeding the output from
your yeast generator into a filter or powerhead where the action of the
impellor can break up the bubbles. Be careful that it doesn't cause a
vacuume in the generator bottle or you could end up sucking the solution
into your tank.
