Maybe you should reduce the salt level or even stop adding salt.

I keep 4 livebearing swordtails.  I do not add any salt at all to my tank.
They do not seem to be bothered at all, but seem rather happy.  They have
given birth to 5 babies 2 months ago... the rest were eaten up before I
could remove them from the tank.  In my experience, salt may not be as
essential to live-bearers as most people think.  I think they are not too
bothered by slightly acidic water too. (In contrary to the usual
recommended pH of 7.5 to 8.5.)

My water parameters:
pH 6.7
kH 7
GH 9
No salt (NaCl)
