What kind of lighting do you have over your aubertii?
I have two. One is right under a power compact. The
other is against the back wall of the tank and not
under direct light. The one right under the PCF is
huge. Lots of flowers and seeds. The one in the back
is a lot smaller even though it's only a few inches
difference. So, it seems to me that they do much
better with a ton of light.
I can't say about the GH. Mine is 6-7. In my
experience, Rotala wallichii does better in soft
water, but others may have more to say on the subject.
