untruthful statements about the alleged service.

The suit is a complex matter please don't try to characterize it by saying
it is about a customer complaint-when it is not.
Another problem is this list has users demanding other users not to talk
about the subject, perhaps if the plaintiff was not blocked from
participating last May we would not be talking about this today and
expending thousands of dollars to lawyers, begging hobbyists to foot the
bill for their lies.
