pinholes / glassy areas

Despite adding about 10-12 ml of Flourish per week, 10
ml of Flourish Potassium, 1 gram or so of kno3 per day
and about a gram of potassium phosphate a week, some
Ludwigia sp and Hygro angustifolia show some pinholes.
In a H. difformis leaf and an Ozelot leaf, there are
two small, glassy brownish patches.  Nothing serious,
but I am a bit puzzled.  That has to be enough
potassium doesn't it?  This is a 30 gallon tank with a
ton of light and co2.
