I personally, prefer flourite, because after you get past 
the rinsing, and letting the dust filter out for the first day 
or two, you don't have that clouding problem to deal with 
ever after.  My plants seem to like it.

Well, this really comes down to your budget and 
personal decision, but it made a _huge_ diference in the 
growth of my plants very quickly.
