We are in the process of setting up an African swamp display. It will house
a couple of polypterids and a few Killifish(hopefully). With this in mind, I
thought I'd approach the list for ideas and views on African plants for such
a display. 

The tank is 60" x 18" x 18"(180cms x 45cms x 45cms), we are planning to use
sand and fine gravel as a bed and incorporating emergent plants. All views
and advice will be most gratefully received
