Medium or High light

I'm in the process of replacing my lighting system.  I can fit five 32 watt 
bulbs under my hood.  I have a 75 gallon tank. I'm wondering if this would 
be considered moderate or high light. I calculated this to be 2.1 watts per 
gallon.  I would like to get plants most appropriate for this light level.
