I have had a riccia foreground in one of my tanks,
continuously, for a year and a half.

A friend of mine had a riccia tank for many, many,
months, and did not even "mow" it.

I just don't want people who haven't attempted a
riccia foreground to think that it only works for a
week or two.  Yes, it takes upkeep, but if you like
it, it is worth the effort.
