This item looks more complicated than necessary.  I think you could
accomplish very much the same thing with a gravel tube and any pump
output.  It requires very few parts (the gravel tube and the tube from
the pump or filter tube and the CO2 tube.  The whole thing will
probably set you back all of $10 if you buy a 10" Python gravel, some
water tubing and some CO2/air-line.  And it would look as slick
depending on which gravel tube you used.  The nylon mesh at the bottom
isn't necessary.

But you could pay a lot more for less than this company is offering.
