So basically, you can expect to have your item in your hands a week to ten days after you
placed your order?  Certainly not record breaking time, but still, not unreasonable.

In their defense, I've actually placed early-morning orders with them and received my item the
NEXT day.  So they can go both ways.

Anyway, for their extreme level of customer service and great prices, I'll deal with a little
slowness from time to time.
