How to inject enough CO2?

I've recently started using an Eheim 2227 wet/dry filter in my 200L
tank.
I'm now seeing problems injecting enough CO2 into the water. The reason
must be the heavy oxidation in the filter.

I'm seeking advice for _very_ efficient and high yield methods of
injecting CO2 into the water.
How do I do that?
