Folks - 

Effective sometime this weekend (9-29,30-2001), the APD list software 
will be upgraded; this change means that those of you who persist in 
trying to post in anything other than plain text (or can't do otherwise) 
will now be able to communicate.  

The upgrade does two cool things for us:  turns HTML and other rich texts 
into plain text and removes any attachments on incoming email.  

All hail Mark Rosenstein for this improvement.  Now if error-handling 
could be automated *sigh*  ;)
