The items that fit different size Eheim water tubing are outlets for
filter tubing.  They have slightly squashed ends so that the filter
outflow into the tank is spread out and "diffused."

The CO2 diffuser is not designed to fit any Eheim water tubing.  Be
sure the reference for the item, for example on Pet Place, includes the
"CO2" in the name/description.
