Re: Hair algae
I took another look at the slip of paper the LFS employee gave me after
testing my water. It's hand written, and now that I look at the nitrates
it could be 125 OR 12.5... Hard to say if that's a decimal point or a
funny twitch at the bottom of the five... ;-)
BTW, I'll probably try platies or barbs or a combination of the two (or
Amano shrimp...) to try to get my hair algae under control (just because
those are the easiest recommended species for me to get ahold of). Just
one last question: how many of those species would you recommend to
control hair algae in a 40-gallon (3-foot) (approx. 160 liter) tank?
