I hear lots of stuff (I have 500 copies on order) but I don't repeat most 
of it because I don't know whether or not to believe it.  When the book is 
ready to ship you will hear it on APD, trust me.   And you will likely hear 
about competitive pricing on APD too.  So stay tuned to your favorite 
channel, APD!
