Since #2, pets.com, is no more (and has been sucked into petsmart.com) I suppose
they can argue they're #3.  But now we're taking statistical data from 2 years
ago and combining it with more recent historical data.  Bad accounting
practises...

Ah, this only reminds me of all the $cientology battles that have been fought on
the net over the past few years.  Funny long after to read about, but maybe not
funny to be dragged around through court while it was going on.
