Just an FYI, the Krib is back (and so is my e-mail).  Looks like while
I've been on vacation the DSL modem decided to freak out and detach itself
from the rest of the world.  I was able to get my housesitter to reset the
sucker, and all seems well.  For more fun tales on DSL modems, see
