If you have a pleco in the tank, then look no further. That sounds like
pleco damage. They will also rasp anubias leaves, but those leaves are
tougher and don't show damage as quickly or in quite the same way as sword
leaves.
If you don't have a pleco then you might look into the symptoms of
potassium deficiency or -- if your water is soft -- magnesium deficiency
to see how those match up to your plants' symptoms.
