well i have not taken actual readings but the water temperature would be 
between 18-21 Celcius. and ambient air should be around 24-28 degrees C. the 
plants would be on rocks very close to the water although not submerged.

not sure of the emersed growth near the caves as i had not seen it myself. 
only heard of it from a friend who had introduced me to the hobby
