What happened to Toshiba when they attempted to tell a
person witha website critical of their products to
shut up or go to court? THEY LOST!! And this was in
Japan–where the corporation is KING. Will a US court
of law looking at their record fine you or shut you
down? I DON'T THINK SO!! Post the BBB reports, thank
God you have Ralph Naderyama on your side and call
their bluff.
BTW what would they do if they got an order from a
Japanese gentleman named Showa Ainomiya (Crown
Prince's younger brother)? He is rumoured to have some
beautiful planted tanks.
