It used to be Substrategold.com but I see it no longer works.  This is the
second time in the last couple years the web site has changed and or shut
down.  His products are still available around here though.  I suppose you
could try his email at Karl at substrategold_com

Can't help with your question.  I use the product but have not seen it
precipitate.
