Re: Snails eating fish eggs

I haven't had a problem with snails eating viable fish eggs. I have a
lot of snails; ramshorns, pond and livebearing. And they don't eat even
the eggs of fish that just scatter eggs, like rainbows and most killies,
at least in my tanks. Shrimp, Gammarus and planeria will eat live eggs
though, but that isn't a problem with parents that take care of the
eggs, like cichlids, gobies and fff's
