Roger Miller comes home late and deleted his e-mail KH greater then GH I did not contacted you at your private e-mail, but I had this subject line going 2-3 weeks ago. Even though all my book references clearly stated that it is not desirable to have KH greater then GH, (rare cases exist !) well, it was not accepted by you ! Juergen
