I have a quick question on exactly how the logistics of this list works.  I assume that
everyone gets copies of the digest at approximately the same time but in the most recent
issue that I got Rod Hanks asked a question and then Jay Reeves responded back to it in
the same digest.  How exactly is that possible if the digest is sent out to everyone at
about the same time?  Thanks.
