i believe the charts like the one found on the krib used to calculate the 
concentration of dissolved co2 are only applicable to a pure carbonate buffer 
system.  I'm not familiar with the "proper pH 7" product you're using but any 
buffer system used in conjunction with the carbonate system will completely 
invalidate your conversion table figures. parallel buffer system calculations 
are notoriously complicated.  moreover, if this proper pH stuff if a 
phosphate buffer you're going to get an algae bloom.
