I second the notion and have a further suggestion. All posts should have
approved subject lines consisting of a nested set of categories. Only the
last item in the nest could be a new topic IFF it really was new. Anyone
creating a new subject line when it really wasn't new would be ejected from
the list. I'm sure Cynthia will support me on this.

Not being one to simply b-lather away without making a concrete and useful
recommendation, I will offer these subject lines to start the approved list:

Chemistry
Chemistry.Simple
Chemistry.Involved
Chemistry.Pushak
Plants
Plants.Wet
Plants.Dry
Plants.Dead
Algae
Algea.Good
Algea.Bad
Algea.Bad.DieDieDie
Equipment
Equipment.CO2
Equipment.CO2.Forbidden
Equipment.AllOther
Humor
Humor.George
Humor.AllOther
