OK.  I give up.  I've been trying to follow the illumination conversation, 
but it is not illuminating me.  I need a very basic introduction to the 
different types of ballast, lamps, plugs, reflectors, interchangeability, 
etc.  I need to play catch-up.  Know of a site or source?
